The versatility of TRX Training helps develop mobility, joint stability and strength in multiple planes of motion, all with the same piece of equipment.
The Center now has a full TRX equipment system for use in one-on-one physical therapy, rehabilitation or private fitness sessions, as well as group classes. Classes are currently taught by John Sweetman and held Saturdays from 11:30-12:30.
